The C5's central advantage is range: its screen height adjusts from 1.2" to 20", while a pull-out handle supports quick posture changes.
That flexibility makes it a fit for a desk used for both seated and standing work, provided you have room for a raised laptop setup.
The C5 folds for compact storage and has a height-adjustable aluminum panel with ventilation holes, rubber pads and two pivot joints. It fits laptops from 10 to 17 inches and supports up to 22 pounds.
Raising the screen to eye level can make a separate keyboard and mouse useful for long typing sessions.

Editorial scores reflect listed features and buyer fit; they are not laboratory measurements or customer ratings.
Height adjustment range

Laptop compatibility
The stated 10-to-17-inch fit covers many common laptop sizes, including several major laptop families.
Weight support
Support up to 22 pounds provides ample capacity for typical laptop use, though buyers should still keep the device centered on the platform.
Portability and storage
The foldable design is intended to pack down compactly and save desk space when not in use.

Who Should Buy Nulaxy C5 Stand?
Good fit
Choose the C5 if you want to move your laptop screen between seated and standing heights at one workstation. The pull handle and broad height range make it especially relevant for a desk shared between those postures.
It also suits buyers who want a foldable aluminum stand for a home or office desk and use a separate keyboard and mouse.
The broad laptop size range and 22-pound support rating give room to accommodate many everyday laptop setups.
Who should skip it
Skip the C5 if your priority is a lightweight travel stand: it weighs 1.88 kg (4.16 lbs), which may feel cumbersome for daily carrying.
It is also a poor fit if you need to keep typing directly on the laptop keyboard while the screen is raised high. For that use, a separate keyboard and mouse will make the elevated setup more practical.
Nulaxy C5 Stand: Adjustable Height for Desk Work
A broad range for posture changes
The C5 adjusts from 1.2" to 20", which covers more than a modest riser position and is intended for both sitting and standing work.
The retractable handle makes changing posture a central part of its design, so it makes the most sense for a workstation where that adjustment will be used regularly.
Pair the raised screen with separate input devices
Raising a laptop improves screen placement, but it also lifts the built-in keyboard.
If you expect to type for long sessions, budget space for an external keyboard and mouse so your hands can stay at desk height while the screen sits higher.
Stability, support and desk footprint
The 22-pound support rating, rubber pads and two pivot joints address load and contact points, while the foldable frame helps reduce clutter when the stand is put away.
Those design details suit a permanent or occasional home-office station; check that your desk has enough footprint for the stand at your preferred height.
Material and airflow details
The aluminum panel has a ventilation hole intended to aid heat dissipation.
That can be a useful design consideration for a laptop used for extended desk sessions, though it does not establish a specific temperature reduction or guarantee a particular cooling result.

Factor in its 1.88 kg (4.16 lbs) weight and plan on a separate keyboard and mouse if you will type while the laptop is elevated.
